This vocational Qualification in Housekeeping Operation and Services is an important qualification for people who wish to work in hotels and accommodation/leisure industry, such as Sport Centers and Spas. The course will cover relevant Modules in Housekeeping practices, Hygiene and Sanitation standards and activities using internationally recognized standards.

For whom is this qualification suitable for?

At certificate level it is suitable for someone who has no previous experience and who wants to learn good Housekeeping practices and commence I career in Housekeeping. This unit will also cover Standard Operating Procedures and Minimum Quality Standard needed for an efficient display of competencies of best practices in the housekeeping operation.

The candidate will learn covering 26 Modules/Units with knowledge, Skills and Positive Attitude building exercises. The delivery of training has been divided into Knowledge units and Tasks (Skills) Units.
